Campeador receives EUR 4.5 million from CEC Bank for its residential project

The Larionesi family, the owner of the Campeador builder, has received a loan of EUR 4.5 million from CEC Bank for a residential project in Timisoara. Campeador City will include a total of eight apartment blocks and an office building that will also include commercial space and a kindergarten. The development of the project will take place over four stages.

The Campeador Group has developed, so far, 7 residential complexes in 5 counties in Romania and in Vienna, with a total of 1,000 apartments delivered. The most recent completed project is an apart-hotel with 110 accommodation units in Cluj-Napoca.
