CBRE extends lease at St Martin’s Court in London

CBRE extended its lease on 106,218 sq ft at St Martin’s Court, Paternoster Square, in London. The consultancy has occupied the space, owned by Oxford Properties, since 2003. It completed an extensive refurbishment in 2015. The lease extensive is until 2026. A fixed rental uplift will be introduced in 2018. As part of the lease restructure, Oxford helped fund CBRE’s refurbishment. In 2015, Oxford restructured leases totaling 286,000 sq ft with a number of tenants, including Mitsubishi and Cisco.
