CBRE renegotiated PPL’s lease contract at CTPark Brno –Modřice

CBRE is pleased to announce successful renegotiation of a lease contract in a high-demanded park of CTParku Brno – Modřice. CBRE represented PPL CZ on the transaction. The total size of the renegotiated unit is 4.600 sq m.

CTPark Modřice has a strategic location 5 km south of Brno on the E461 roadway to Vienna.
