CC Real has taken over the management of Max City mall in Pula, Croatia

Croatian real estate management company, CC Real, has taken over strategic and operational management, accounting and rental brokerage in Max City shopping center in Pula with the intention of improving all processes in the daily work of the largest Istrian shopping center and achieve even better results.

Max City is the largest shopping center in Istria, with over 27,000 sqm of retail space and 800 covered parking spaces. Opened in November 2018, it employs several hundred people and offers its customers about 60 brands. The only one in Istria has stores such as H&M, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka and Pull & Bear, as well as Reserved, Mohito and Sinsay, Elipso, L'Occitane and the CineStar multiplex.

CC Real is a company based in Zagreb that has been investing and providing commercial real estate management services since 2006, with an emphasis on quality and innovation. Through three City Center one shopping centers, it has invested as much as EUR 435 million in Croatia, which is one of the largest greenfield investments in the country. At the end of 2012, CC Real expanded its business to Austria, and after that to Hungary and Finland.
