CEVA Logistics signs a five-year contract with Sephora for omnichannel logistics services

CEVA Logistics extended its cooperation and signed a new, five-year contract with Sephora in Brazil. The perfumery chain belongs to the world leader in the luxury goods industry, the LVMH group (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton).

In Brazil, CEVA has been cooperating with the Sephora chain since 2015, providing services to 39 retail stores and stores across the country. Since 2017, he is also responsible for the logistic support of the entire online sales channel.

Currently, under the agreement, CEVA consolidates and distributes various types of cosmetic products, including make-up, perfumes, accessories, hair care, body and bath, including the Sephora Collection brand.
CEVA provides logistical support by managing two multi-user distribution centers near Sao Paulo. The scope of services includes receipt, storage, e-commerce order fulfillment, shipping and return logistics. Both warehouses are equipped with controlled air-conditioning systems to meet Sephora's stringent product quality requirements. All cosmetics are stored under closely monitored conditions.

CEVA will manage Sephora's operations based on its own SMART Beauty and Personal Care solution, i.e. a package of services dedicated to the Consumer & Retail industry. CEVA solutions allow for the storage of products in any regional or national distribution center, organization of multi-channel or single-channel sales, and then distribution to stores, wholesalers and trade fairs. In addition, the CEVA warehouse management system (WMS) is integrated with Sephora systems, which ensures full transparency and greater efficiency.
