The Chinese group Chint, Intec Energy Solutions from Turkey and the Israeli developer Ecoenergy have joined to build the largest solar park in Romania in a EUR 100 million investment.
The soar park is located in Argeș County, where the Rătești Solar Park will be expanded to an area of 165 hectares, being expected to produce 124 GWh of solar energy annually, which will reduce carbon emissions by approximately 160,000 tons each year. Ecoenergy is currently developing solar projects of over 1.5 GW in Romania.
