CIJ Awards Poland 2024 - Online Voting Begins

The CIJ Awards Poland 2024, a key event recognizing achievements in the Polish real estate industry, is now open to voting for projects, companies and professionals across a variety of categories, celebrating excellence in development, transactions, management, and related services.

The awards feature a diverse range of categories, including recognitions for residential, office, retail, hotel, industrial, and sustainable developments. Other categories honor excellence in investment transactions, asset management, law firms, contractors, real estate agencies, and overall leadership in the sector.

The selection of winners involves a two-tiered voting system. A jury committee, made up of senior management professionals from the European real estate market—including investors, developers, architects, and service providers—will evaluate submissions. Additionally, an online voting platform is open to CIJ readers and the general public, allowing them to participate in the selection process.

The winners will be officially announced later this month once voting has been completed.
