cmT, an engineering services provider in Poland, has been appointed to supervise the construction of a cutting-edge production facility for E.G.O. Polska Sp. z o.o. (E.G.O. Poland), a leading global supplier for household manufacturers. The new plant, set to enhance the company’s production capabilities, will span over 14,000 square meters and is expected to be completed within 16 months.

Strategically located near Mahoniowa and Jędrzejowska streets in Łódź, the facility will cover more than 43,000 square meters. cmT has been tasked with ensuring the construction adheres to Polish standards, working in close collaboration with Panattoni, the developer, and Depenbrock, the general contractor. The company will oversee the project’s schedule, documentation, and budget, while also ensuring rigorous quality assurance to address any potential defects.

Christopher Siemieński, International Business Development Manager at cmT, highlighted the company’s expertise: “Our extensive experience in industrial projects and our commitment to quality ensure that this plant will meet the highest standards of excellence and safety. We are dedicated to achieving zero accidents on site, with our Occupational Health and Safety inspector overseeing every aspect of employee health protection.”

The Łódź Voivodeship’s warehouse and production real estate market is experiencing significant growth, driven by the region’s central location and robust transport infrastructure, which is increasingly attracting corporate investments.

Mariusz Stępniewski, General Manager of E.G.O. Poland, emphasized the strategic importance of this project: “The expansion of our production facilities in Poland is a key element of our global strategy. Choosi
