CNP Assurances acquires T11 office tower in Frankfurt

CNP Assurances acquired the Taunusanlage 11 (T11) office tower in Frankfurt from Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. The purchase price was not disclosed. The property, located at the corner of Mainzer Landstrasse and Taunusanlage, offers 9,800 sqm of office space spread over 17 floors. The scheme, which has a DGNB Gold certification, includes 119 parking spaces. The German law firm Gleiss Lutz is the main tenant. AEW was advised by GreenbergTraurig, while Triuva was advised by Hogan Lovells and BNP Paribas.
