Comat Electro, a company controlled by the Ignatiadis family, is planning a large-scale real estate project, which will include housing, on the 9.5 hectare industrial platform it owns in the Bucharest neighbourhood of Titan.

The company is renting Class C industrial warehouses of about 40,000 sqm on the platform in east of the capital. The property has a total land area of 95,000 sqm and is connected to the national railway system. Warehouse tenants include Flanco, Morad Metal, NEI Electronics International and Iris Florist.

The company is now working on the necessary authorisation for a large mixed-use development, which will include housing.
