The British developer Comfort Homes continues an investment started years ago by Arcom, the construction company owned by the businessman Gigi Becali. Construction work began on three blocks, but development was stopped and abandoned. The new project, called Ivory Residence, will complete 1,200 apartments in six blocks. In the first phase, the works are being carried out on the first three blocks, which would be completed this year, and another three blocks would be completed next year.

Comfort Homes is a developer with 20 years of experience, which has developed projects in London, Birmingham and Somerset and is owned by Ghai Sant Ram, a British citizen of Indian origin.
