Commerz Real instructs Tattersall·Lorenz with property management of "Tucherpark" in Munich

Tattersall·Lorenz Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH (Tattersall Lorenz), an owner-operated SME property manager based in Berlin, has received its first property management mandate from Commerz Real AG with the Munich "Tucherpark". The assets are part of the hausInvest open-ended real estate fund, one of the largest in Europe.

The mixed-use property, on the world-famous Englischer Garten, consists of 10 properties and provides a total lettable areas of c. 127,000 square metres. This is spread across seven office buildings with around 100,000 square metres, a c. 10,800 square metre computer centre and a sports facility of around 2,300 square metres, all of which are tenanted by Hypovereinsbank. There is also a 5-star Hilton Hotel. The majority of the properties, which were built between the 1960s and 1980s, were modernised in 2018. The properties include a total of 1,500 parking spaces.
