Continental Tires Timișoara leases 20,000 sqm in VGP Park Timișoara

VGP announces the completion of the eighth building in VGP Park Timișoara with the delivery of the warehouse to Continental Tires Timișoara, which will use approximately 20,000 sqm for tire storage operations. The new building in VGP Park Timișoara offers a total leasable area of 32,768 sqm, of which 8,209 sqm are still available.

The building has been sustainably designed, aiming for BREEAM Excellent certification, and includes provision for the addition of photovoltaic panels on the roof to generate green energy. To meet the specific requirements of Continental Tires Timișoara, VGP adapted the height of the building to 10.3 meters, complying with the strict regulations for tire storage.

With a land area of 349,098 sqm, VGP Park Timișoara offers a total leasable area of 178,861 sqm, of which 10,728 sqm are currently available for new tenants.
