Cordia has started the construction of its first luxury residential project in Costa del Sol

After obtaining the building permit, Cordia has started the construction of Jade Tower, its first luxury residential real estate project in Spain, with the ceremonial laying of the cornerstones.

Direct sales of apartments have also started in all of the countries where the company is present, allowing customers to select and purchase the most suitable properties in the popular holiday destination of Fuengirola, comfortably and easily with the help of the company’s local sales teams. 10% of properties sold were bought by customers who had previously acquired a home from Cordia.
