The first two apartment buildings in Crestyl's new Hagibor district in Prague are completed. The Alfa and Beta buildings, which together offer a total of 168 flats, were approved in May, so future owners can start moving soon. As part of the Hagibor project, a total of five residential buildings are gradually growing, along with six office buildings. Everything connects the square and the central pedestrian boulevard with shops and restaurants, which leads from the exit of the metro. The cost of the entire project will exceed nine billion crowns.

"We are glad that we can start handing over the first apartments to the owners in a new unique location right next to the Želivského metro station, which offers attractive living in the style of modern metropolises. We do not only think about the buildings themselves, but also about the overall public space. This is also proved by the interest in the offered flats - almost all of them are sold, there are only a few left in the offer," says Viktor Peška, sales director of the Crestyl group.

The two apartment buildings Alfa and Beta, which were built as part of the first stage, are located in the eastern part of the new Hagibor district at Počernická Street. It offers a total of 168 apartments from 1 + kk to 5 + kk, each with a balcony or terrace. Both houses have a central reception with security and non-stop operation and services. There is also a space for shops or services on the ground floor facing Počernická Street.

As is customary with Crestyl Group projects, the apartments are characterized by the high quality of the materials used and the emphasis on functional design. Apparent details are also taken into account and the most modern technologies have been used exactly according to the requirements of future residents. Individual buildings are always created as part of a wider whole and, in the case of Hagibor, also in the harmonious blending of the city with the forest.

Two international architectural studios - Bogle Architects and Ian Bryan Architects (IBA) - have joined forces for the Hagibor project to create an airy and bright space that will make any house stand out and offer a balanced combination of design and functionality. Everything is solved smartly, with respect for the environment and emphasis on the privacy of future residents.

"In Hagibor, we put a lot of emphasis on public space. Its concept is managed by the most important landscape architect of today, Michel Desvigne, who has combined everything into one harmonious whole," explains Viktor Peška, Crestyl Group's sales director. "Greenery thus connects and at the same time separates office and living spaces, creates space for games, picnics, sports or community life, the treetops separate the bustle down from the tranquility upstairs in the terraces. We plan to plant up to two thousand trees here, which will add fragmentation to the public space, increase its aesthetics and improve the climate inside and outside the buildings. Quality landscape architecture also adds value to the property in the long run and makes a good location a great address.” Michel Desvigne is the author of urban solutions, public spaces and parks around the world, such as in Paris, Tokyo or Detroit.

The Hagibor project is growing on the border of the sought-after residential districts of Vinohrady and Strašnice, at the end of Vinohradská třída near the metro and tram station. In the immediate vicinity there is an extensive sports complex. All civic amenities are in the vicinity, in addition, another range of services, shops, cafes and restaurants will be a direct part of the project. Of course, there is a connection to city bike paths. The center of the new district will be the public space, which will be a natural place for meetings and various events due to its location.
