Cristi Borcea is selling the Pam Beach Resort hotel in the Olimp resort

The Pam Beach Resort hotel, the former Muntenia hotel, in the Olimp resort, classified as 3 stars and owned by the family of the businessman Cristi Borcea, is sold, together with the restaurant and the related lands, for the sum of EUR 9,2 million, to the company Steaua de Mare H&R. The sales contract is to be signed no later than October 3, 2024.

A lease was also signed, also for the Pam Beach hotel and its related restaurant, until October 3, 2024, after which the sale will be completed. The rental expenses, amounting to EUR 800 thousand, will be paid in two installments until July 2024.

Pam Beach Resort Olimp has 13 floors and 210 modernized rooms in 2021, of which 187 are doubles, 12 are triples and 11 are suites.
