Croatia’s ALH puts Hotel Odisej up for sale

Croatian hotel owner Adriatic Luxury Hotels has put the three-star Hotel Odisej on the southern Adriatic island of Mljet up for sale, according to the real estate company Colliers Croatia.

The sale price is not disclosed and the seller wants to receive offers from the market through a competitive sales process. Colliers Croatia is the exclusive agent for this sales process.

Hotel Odisej was built in 1978 and renovated in 1996 and 2004. It consists of 155 rooms and 2 luxury apartments, spanning a total surface area of 8,738 square metres, including land and hotel infrastructure. The hotel is the only one located within the Mljet National Park.
