Croatian Post acquires Locodels

The Croatian Post has acquired the courier delivery service company Locodels. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The transaction is in line with the Post’s development strategy, which has been focusing on its digital transformation over the last two years, said CEO Ivan Culo. “This adds to the service portfolio the possibility of same-day delivery within the urban area in Zagreb and the surrounding area. The Croatian Post's strategic orientation is to digitize its core business, while enhancing its focus on the customer, which will be reinforced by the new service,” the company said in a statement.
