Crosspoint owners bought the former Amco Otopeni factory and Marcom platform

Entrepreneurs Codrin Matei and Mihai Dumitrescu, owners of the Crosspoint real estate broker, bought the land of the former Amco Otopeni measuring device factory and the adjacent former Marcom construction equipment platform, and are now preparing a commercial complex instead.

The entrepreneur Codrin Matei, the son of Alexandru Matei, the former president of SIF Moldova, is also a member of the board of directors of SIF Oltenia. The new owners of the lands, which total nearly 4 hectares, are now waiting the approval of a Zonal Urban Plan aimed at building a hypermarket with ground and first floor and a retail store. Mihai Dumitrescu stated that he does not rule out any option of capitalizing on this property, in the sense that they could develop the commercial project or sell it.
