Crosspoint Real Estate appoints Bogdan Gubandru as Head of Investment

Bogdan Gubandru joins the Crosspoint Real Estate team as Head of Investment. “My career in real estate has been a progressive one and I have learned a lot from every stage, starting with leasing in Logistics & Industrial or Office departments and reaching to Investment & Agency Director. Thus, I am very happy to join the Crosspoint investment team, in order to continue my work as I have important objectives in the next period," said Bogdan Gubandru, Head of Investment, Crosspoint Real Estate.

Throughout his career, Bogdan Gubandru has assisted large real estate transactions such as the sale of America House from AEW Europe to Morgan Stanley, the sale of Floreasca Park from GLL Europe to the JV formed by the investment funds Zeus and Resolution (Fosun), the sale of The Light One from River Development to Uniqa REM) but also commercial properties transactions sold to local investors.

Until now, the company's investment department was managed by Codrin Matei, co-founder of Crosspoint Real Estate. "After a long recruitment process, I needed a strong asset for this role and I am delighted that Bogdan is the one who will take over this department. I have full confidence in his expertise and I strongly believe that we will strengthen our position in the market having his involvement ” says Codrin Matei, the company's Managing Partner.
