CTP bought a 17.9 hectare plot of land in Afumați from businessmen Manochehr Saadati-Sohi and Mihail Astratinei, who initiated a logistics project here that provides for the construction of 4 storage halls with a total built area of about 85,000 sqm, invested valued at over EUR 50 million. The land purchased by CTP comes in the extension of the land of about 19 hectares that the company bought last year and where the development of CTPark Bucharest North began.

The first stage of the new project provides for the construction of a hall with an area of 26,000 sqm, regulated by a Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) approved last year by the town hall of Afumați. In the second phase, the construction of a hall of 34,000 sqm is to be build, followed by one of 18,600 sqm and one of 5,800 sqm. The duration of the project is estimated at 2 years.
