CTP has announced the appointment of Karel Stransky as its new Group Business Development Director. In his new role, Stransky will collaborate closely with CTP CEO Remon Vos, leveraging his extensive global experience in industrial and logistics real estate to drive the company’s growth. He will oversee and support business development teams across the countries where CTP operates, adding further structure to these operations.

With a distinguished 35-year career in real estate, Stransky has advised on transactions involving over 3.5 million square meters of office, production, and logistics space. His experience spans leases, land and building acquisitions, sales, and leasebacks across Europe, the Middle East, Northern Africa, the Americas, and China. Stransky began his career in urban and environmental planning and construction before moving to Colliers, where he led the company’s Corporate Industrial Advisory Hub. There, he was responsible for the Group’s industrial and logistics real estate activities, handling everything from consulting to portfolio management and building disposal.

Remon Vos, CEO of CTP Group, expressed his enthusiasm for Stransky’s appointment, recalling their first collaboration in 1998 on the CTPark Humpolec project. “Karel brings a wealth of experience and seniority to our team. His expertise will be invaluable in supporting our existing and potential clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service for their industrial and logistics real estate needs,” Vos said.

Stransky, reflecting on his new role, shared his excitement about joining CTP, a company he has watched grow since its inception in 1998. “I am incredibly proud to be part of CTP. The company has evolved into a leading European real estate business with a strong focus on client interests, sustainability, and community. The long-term outlook for Europe’s logistics sector is highly positive, and I look forward to working closely with our clients to meet their needs now and in the future,” he stated.
