CTP has appointed Ronald Binkofski as Managing Director for Romania. He will oversee the company’s continued expansion in the country, where CTP manages a portfolio of 3.1 million sqm across 35 CTParks and holds a landbank of 4.2 million sqm for future development.

Binkofski brings three decades of experience in technology, data, and Central and Eastern European markets. Most recently, he served as CEO of STX Next, an international data, AI, and cloud solutions provider. His earlier career includes 12 years at Microsoft, where he led operations in Poland, Romania, and the wider region, as well as senior leadership positions at Honeywell.

In Romania, Binkofski will work with CTP and its clients to strengthen business operations, including customer insights, supply chains, and distribution networks. His appointment comes as Romania continues to attract multinational companies seeking industrial and logistics facilities, supported by the country’s location within the EU, transport infrastructure, and competitive labour costs.

CTP operates industrial parks in key Romanian cities including Bucharest, Timișoara, Arad, Oradea, Sibiu, Craiova, and Brașov. The company aims to reach €1 billion in annualised rental income across Europe by 2027.
