CTP has signed a lease agreement with Gorenje Magyarország Kft., part of the Hisense Group, for a new 15,000 sqm facility at CTPark Budapest West.

The building, currently under construction and scheduled for completion in late 2025, will serve as Gorenje’s central logistics and storage hub in Hungary. The facility is designed to meet BREEAM Excellent standards, incorporating energy-efficient solutions such as heat pumps, solar panels, advanced insulation, and a green wall to promote biodiversity.

Gorenje, established in Hungary in 1991 and headquartered in Törökbálint, is a subsidiary of Hisense Europe Holding GmbH, a company specializing in household appliances. The new facility expands Gorenje’s existing presence at CTPark Budapest West, which was a key factor in the company’s decision to remain and grow within the park.

CTPark Budapest West is one of Hungary’s largest industrial parks, located next to the M1 motorway and 19 kilometers from Budapest. It is home to businesses from multiple sectors and includes CTP’s first Hungarian Clubhaus, a mixed-use facility offering space for meetings, training, events, and social activities.

According to CTP, the lease highlights its long-term client relationships, with the majority of new agreements signed with existing tenants. Gorenje noted that the park’s infrastructure, sustainability focus, and property management services supported its decision to expand at the site.
