CTP grows its team in Poland

CTP is expanding its team in Poland. Due to the expansion of the business, since December 2021, the company has recorded an increase in employment by over 350%. Recently, six specialists joined CTP, strengthening the areas of leasing, controlling, real estate management and marketing.

Natalia Jakubowska has taken the position of Head of Controlling at CTP Polska. He is responsible, among others, for the budgeting process, cash flow management, supervision over the company's performance in relation to KPIs and internal controls. He also participates in the processes of system improvement and automation of business operations. She has over twelve years of experience in positions related to finance and accounting, which she gained while working at EY Audyt and implementing projects for clients in the real estate area, as well as working directly in real estate companies (Adgar Polska, Grupo Lar). Natalia Jakubowska has ACCA and Statutory Auditor qualifications, graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Patrycja Makowska as Leasing Manager is responsible for coordinating leasing processes in the entire portfolio of the company, including twelve parks that are currently under construction. Its priority is to lease space in facilities in Opole, Katowice and Warsaw. Before joining CTP Polska, in the last five years she held various coordinating and managerial positions, mainly in companies from the IT sector (including Lingaro and Billennium) and in law firms. Patrycja Makowska graduated in law from the University of Warsaw and the University of Białystok.

Przemysław Sambor took the position of Leasing Manager. He is responsible for the comprehensive development of lease in logistics and industrial real estate implemented under the CTPark brand in Poland, with particular emphasis on facilities located in the northern and western part of the country. He has been associated with the industry since 2016. He gained experience in companies such as QUERCO PROPERTY or Mzuri, where he was responsible, among others, for developing a commercialization strategy and acquiring new customers, as well as analyzing the warehouse space market in terms of the needs of building users. Przemysław Sambor is a graduate of the Academy of Applied Sciences in Elbląg.

Daniel Soboń as Leasing Manager is responsible for the process of commercialization of logistics and industrial parks in the CTP portfolio, with particular emphasis on facilities in the area of ​​Warsaw and Silesia. In his new role, he is responsible, among other things, for acquiring tenants and negotiating lease agreements, as well as maintaining long-term relationships with clients. For ten years he has been involved in the development and rental of commercial space. Before joining CTP, he worked for entities specializing in asset, property and facility management services (White Star Real Estate) and international real estate consulting companies (BNP Paribas Real Estate). Daniel Soboń is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics.

Przemysław Wardęga in his new position, Head of Marketing, is comprehensively responsible for CTP's communication and marketing activities in Poland, including those related to growing development activities and the creation of new logistics parks, as well as at the corporate level and positioning of the CTP brand. He has over sixteen years of experience in the broadly understood real estate area. Before joining the current employer, he was associated with IMMOFINANZ for almost eight years. As a Senior PR & Marketing Manager, he was responsible for PR and marketing processes, including three brands: two "retail" - VIVO! for shopping centers and STOP SHOP for retail parks and one office park - myhive. Even earlier, i.e. in the years 2007-2015, he gained professional experience working in two leading Warsaw agencies specializing in public relations, most often responsible for clients from the real estate and logistics sectors. Przemysław Wardęga is a graduate of the University of Management in Warsaw. He also graduated from the London School of Public Relations.

Konrad Wieliki took over the function of Lead of Property Management. His priorities include the implementation of the company's development strategy in the area of real estate management and administration, as well as maintaining long-term relationships with tenants and the business environment. He has over fifteen years of experience in the field of property management, which he gained working for, among others, global leaders in the logistics industry (DHL Express Poland), as well as industrial and warehouse space developers (Panattoni Europe) and entities specializing in the real estate sector and investment management (Colliers International REMS). Konrad Wieliki graduated from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He is also a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
