CTP plans to double the area of industrial parks it owns in Romania from 2.6 million sqm to 5.2 million sqm. The company has expanded its European presence, reaching a portfolio of 11.2 million sqm, valued at EUR 13 billion as of 30 September 2023.

"In the last seven years, we have grown from zero to 2.6 million sqm, investing almost EUR 2 billion in Romania. Now, we aim to add another 2.6 million sqm, relying on a team of 100 professionals and capitalizing on Romania's potential and opportunities," said Remon Vos, CEO and founder of CTP.

"With 20 million inhabitants and an existing stock of only 7 million sqm of modern industrial space, benefiting from massive investments in infrastructure, Romania has a lot of potential for new developments. The accession of Romania and Bulgaria to the Schengen area is also good news for Europe and the future of industry," he added.
