Cushman & Wakefield appointed exclusive leasing agent for Lodz 1 office building

Prime Holdings Group has selected Cushman & Wakefield as the sole agent responsible for the commercialization of the Lodz 1 office building. The four-story office building offers 6,500 sqm of a leasable area as well as 140 ground parking spaces. The investment is located in the center of the city at 22 Piłsudskiego avenue.
