Cushman & Wakefield Echinox enters the international certification segment

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox expands its service area and enters the international certification segment, offering consulting in order to obtain LEED, WELL and BREEAM standards, both for existing office or industrial-logistics buildings, as well as for those in the project phase or in the process of delivery.

In Bucharest, over 60 percent of the modern stock of office space consists of buildings with green certification, given that most of the projects developed in the last 5-7 years have been certified since the construction period.

"We decided to add green certification services according to international standards (LEAD, BREEAM and WELL) due to the interest shown by customers for sustainable investments, aiming at both the certification of office buildings and other types of real estate developments, especially logistics and industrial" , says Andrei Ianculescu, Head of Project Management, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
