Cushman & Wakefield Poland appoints four regional heads

Michał Galimski, Zuzanna Krech, Adam Schroeder and Marcin Siewierski have been appointed regional heads of the office agency team at Cushman & Wakefield.
Krech has worked for Cushman & Wakefield for five years. She has built a strong regional team in Łódź and Poznań, and is also responsible for business development in other Central Poland markets. She represents both tenants and landlords, and her portfolio of clients includes Infosys, Takeda, Clariant, Newell Brands, Raben and Miele.
Galimski has been head of Cushman & Wakefield’s real estate team in Kraków since 2012. He helped establish the company’s leading market position in the Lesser Poland region and is currently responsible for operations and growth in Southern Poland. Galimski is an adviser on the regional property market, specializing in leasing transactions and strategic advisory for tenants and landlords. His clients include Akamai, Alior Bank, Atos, Brown Brothers Harriman, Capgemini, ESET, FMC Technologies, GE, Gigaset, Grid Dynamics, Herbalife, ING Bank, ING Usługi Finansowe, Mazars, Oracle, Parker Hannifin, Sappi, StateStreet and 3M.
Schroeder joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015, having assumed responsibility for business development on the Tricity market. He is ab adviser on the regional real estate market and for 10 years he has been responsible for office selection and optimization, lease negotiations and renegotiations on the commercial property market for such clients as Thomson Reuters, the Energa Group, Amazon, CitiBank, UTC F&S, ING Bank, Dynatrace, and Randstad.
Siewierski joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 and is responsible for business development on the Wrocław market. He has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience. His clients include XL Catlin, Synexus, Polkomtel, Segro, CCIG, Nationale Nederlanden, Capgemini, Infor, Work Service, GlobalLogic and Generali. He previously worked for BNP Paribas Bank and mBank.
