Czech billionaire Radovan Vitek wants to buy Immofinanz AG

Czech billionaire Radovan Vitek, who owns CPI Property Group (CPIPG), has made an advance offer to shareholders of Immofinanz AG to take over all the shares he does not own from the developer Immofinanz AG, which in Romania has a portfolio of 800 million euros. The Czech group, owned by billionaire Radovan Vitek, offers shareholders 21.2 euros in cash for each share.

Recently, CPIPG announced that it is the largest shareholder of Immofinanz with a 21.4% stake. Vitek also bought 10.8% of S Immo and also owns, together with Aroundtown, 60.6% of Globalworth,
