The land is in the process of urbanization and is prepared for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex that could include between 8,000 and 10,000 apartments. In the meantime, they have dismantled a piece of almost 6,000 square meters of this land and are now preparing the construction of a Penny supermarket with a useful area of 1,259 square meters and a meat and cheese store of 131 square meters on this lot.

The land is valued at EUR 38.6 million. If sold at this price, it will become one of the largest land transactions in recent years, along with the transaction of the former IMGB industrial platform in southern Bucharest.
