Daniel Pandele sold 0.25% stake in real estate developer Impact

Impact Developer & Contractor announced that Danielis Star Company SRL, a company owned by businessman Daniel Pandele, which owns, among others, 40 perecent of Doraly Mall SRL, sold on March 29 a number of 654,152 shares of the real estate developer at the price of 2.88 lei per unit. The sold shares represent 0.25 percent of the share capital, and the value of transactions was about RON 1.9 million.

IMP shares recorded an increase of 54.3 percent since the beginning of the year, amid transactions of RON 779.1 million, BVB data shows. The company is 59.4 percent controlled by businessman Gheorghe Iaciu, while Adrian Adrici owns 16 percent of the shares.
