Danya Cebus starts third block of Adora Forest Timisoara

Danya Cebus broke ground on the third housing block of the Adora Forest Timisoara residential project. The company built the first two housing blocks and will oversee the construction of at least five more blocks. The project is being developed by Tagor, the real estate arm of the British fund Patron Capital. The project will include nine blocks, totaling more than 1,000 apartments. “The first two blocks are sold in full, the third, whose construction began two months ago and which will include 117 apartments, we sold about 20-25 apartments. Interest exists, but people are more restrained because of the pandemic,” said a representative of Hitch & Mosher, which is in charge of selling the project.
