David Fattal has completed the acquisition of Golden Tulip in the center of Bucharest

The Fattal hotel group, owned by the Israeli billionaire David Fattal, has completed the acquisition of the Golden Tulip hotel in the center of Bucharest. The hotel is now managed by Yoram Biton, managing director for Central Europe of the Leonardo hotel chain, part of the Fattal group, with a 15-year term.

The real estate investor Atlas Estates, controlled by the Israeli millionaire Ron Izaki, sold the Golden Tulip hotel on Calea Victoriei at a net price of EUR 7.3 million, which also includes taking over the ongoing loans.
