Dekpol has a building permit for 270 apartments in Gdańsk

Dekpol Inwestycje Pastelowa, a subsidiary of Dekpol, has obtained a building permit for the 3rd stage of the "Osiedle Pastelowe" project in Gdańsk at Pastelowa Street, which will include 270 apartments, Dekpol said.

As part of the above-mentioned stage of the investment, the construction of 6 residential buildings is planned, which will include 270 apartments with storage rooms with a total usable area of ​​approx. 12 thousand m2. The estimated value of revenues obtained from the implementation of the above-mentioned stage is approx. 103 million The third stage of the 'Osiedle Pastelowa' investment will be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2025, in the same period the first premises will be handed over to clients, it was announced.

Dekpol is based on three main segments: general contracting services, production of buckets and accessories for construction machinery and development activities. The company's shares have been listed on the WSE since 2015.
