Demant extends lease agreement for office space in Szczecin's Oxygen office building

Demant Business Services is staying in the heart of Szczecin for longer. The long-standing tenant of Oxygen, an office complex located in the centre of the capital of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, has extended its office lease agreement of almost 1,700 sqm for another 5 years. The perfect location and a wide retail and service offer available in the vicinity of the building managed by EPP is an ideal combination from the tenant's perspective.
