Develia has launched the 6th stage of the estate Grzegórzecka 77 in Krakow

Develia has introduced 117 flats and 9 commercial units to its offer as part of the 6th stage of the Grzegórzecka 77 investment in Krakow, the company said. The construction works are planned to start in the second quarter of 2022, and the completion should take place in the fourth quarter of 2023.

"The fifth stage of the Grzegórzecka 77 estate has been sold almost entirely, the offer remains only 5% of the units. Therefore, we have decided to launch the next phase of this investment. We started 2022 with intensive activities. Only in January we expanded our offer by a total of 600 units in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Katowice. Now is the time for Krakow. However, we do not stop there. We have ambitious plans for the future. We want to increase the offer by about 30% compared to last year and introduce for sale 2,450-2,650 apartments, corresponding to the current preferences of customers," said the president of Develia, Andrzej Oślizło.

Grzegórzecka 77 offers a wide range of apartments ranging from 29.11 to 94.06 sqm. Apartment prices start at PLN 12,800 gross per sqm.

Develia controls a group of special purpose development companies carrying out residential and commercial investments in the largest cities in the country. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2007.
