Develia Launches Sales for Traugutta Vita Development in Wrocław

Develia has announced the launch of its latest residential project, Traugutta Vita, located in the revitalized district of Oławskie Przedmieście, Wrocław. The development will offer 83 units, including 48 residential flats and 35 investment premises, with prices starting at PLN 10,500 per square meter. Construction is set to begin in October 2024, with completion expected by the second quarter of 2026.

Traugutta Vita, situated in a historic area currently undergoing revitalization, will blend modern design with the district’s traditional architecture. The façade and walls, which will form part of the fence, are being revitalized under the guidance of a conservator to complement the historical character of the neighborhood.

The development includes 35 compact one- and two-room units for office or investment purposes, starting at 15 square meters, as well as 48 one-, two-, and three-room apartments ranging from 27 to 81 square meters. Many of the upper-floor units will feature balconies, while penthouse apartments will offer roof terraces. Ground-floor flats will come with private gardens, creating green spaces for relaxation.

Residents will benefit from modern amenities, including two elevators, an underground garage with 49 parking spaces, individual bicycle storage boxes, and personal storage rooms. The building is designed to be accessible for individuals with disabilities.

Joanna Macierzyńska, Sales Department Manager at Develia, emphasized the appeal of the development: “Traugutta Vita has been popular with customers from the outset. Its proximity to the Market Square ensures convenient access to central Wrocław, and the compact, modern units make it an attractive option for both homeowners and investors looking to rent or use the spaces for office purposes.”

Located just 2 km from Wrocław’s Market Square and close to public transport, the development is well-connected. Bus and tram stops are only 50 meters away, while the Main Railway Station is within 2 km. The surrounding area is home to numerous shops, restaurants, cafés, schools, and health centers, offering residents everything they need within easy reach.
