Develia Launches Sales for Traugutta Vita Development in Wrocław

Develia has announced the launch of its latest residential project, Traugutta Vita, located in the revitalized district of Oławskie Przedmieście, Wrocław. The development will offer 83 units, including 48 residential flats and 35 investment premises, with prices starting at PLN 10,500 per square meter. Construction is set to begin in October 2024, with completion expected by the second quarter of 2026.

Many of the upper-floor units will feature balconies, while penthouse apartments will offer roof terraces. Ground-floor flats will come with private gardens, creating green spaces for relaxation.

Residents will benefit from modern amenities, including two elevators, an underground garage with 49 parking spaces, individual bicycle storage boxes, and personal storage rooms. The building is designed to be accessible for individuals with disabilities.
