Developer Impact has completed the acquisition of RCTI Company

Developer Impact has completed the acquisition of builder RCTI Company. Impact took over 51 percent of RCTI Company's shares and increased its share capital.

RCTI Company is an important player on the construction market in Romania, with business of RON 95.3 million and a profit of RON 3 million in 2021. Currently, Impact Developer & Contractor has ongoing general contracting contracts with RCTI Company of over EUR 50 million for the construction of buildings in the Greenfield Băneasa complex, located in the north of the Capital.

Impact Developer & Contractor is one of the largest Romanian real estate developers, with a presence on the market for over 30 years.
