DHL Parcel is launching a partnership with Allegro that includes delivery through Allegro's Smart! service, as well as international deliveries to customers in European Union countries, DHL reported.

"The combination of different technologies in the processes and services offered by DHL Parcel, as well as the ability to benefit from DP DHL's international experience, allows us to respond to our customers' needs at the highest level and promote operational and cost efficiency. Convenient returns, a 'Redirect' service to manage shipments, a notification and track & trace system, hourly delivery intervals, and more are examples of projects and improvements that allow us to serve customers even better," said DHL Parcel Poland CEO Agnieszka Swierszcz.

DHL couriers will deliver shipments from Allegro to customers in Poland and 24 other European Union countries. Customers who have Allegro Smart! can take advantage of free delivery by DHL courier. Currently, the program is already used by more than 5 million customers, and the number of offers with free delivery on the platform has exceeded 160 million. Customers have already saved more than 5.2 billion zlotys on shipments, it was announced.

"We can clearly see that the quality of courier services translates into customer satisfaction with the entire shopping process on Allegro, so in expanding our logistics partners, we have relied on a professional operator that not only ensures fast delivery, but also responds flexibly to customers' needs.
