Doktor24 more than doubled its leased space in the CityZen office building, managed and operated by ConvergenCE. One of Hungary's leading private healthcare providers has increased its 1,280 sqm office and patient care area by an additional 1,475 sqm, now occupying a total of 2,755 sqm in the CityZen building on the Váci Business Corridor.

The company, which offers basic, outpatient and inpatient care, prevention, diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation as well, moved to CityZen in 2017. In addition to their existing office on the first floor, the newly leased area on the second floor has accommodated their central office since April. The recently completed, dedicated reception desk in the lobby on the ground floor also helps to inform and guide Doctor24’s visitors.

In connection with the expansion Róbert Lancz, CEO of Doktor24, said: “Doktor24 is one of the most dynamically growing private healthcare providers in Hungary. Our team is constantly expanding at more and more locations nationwide. For our growing organization we need a growing back office. We are completely contented with CityZen; due to its quality and location, it was obvious that we would create a new workspace for our administrative staff here.”

Dóra Papp-Vas, Director of Leasing at ConvergenCE, added: “It is always a great pleasure for us if one of our tenants is so satisfied that they extend their lease contract and expand their space at the same time. It is a huge honour that Doktor24 continues to trust us and the building. Thanks to its excellent location and wide range of services, CityZen provides a pleasant and efficient workplace and a highly prestigious client reception environment for companies moving here. In addition, we take this to a higher level by our tenant-focused operations and flexible landlord attitude.”
