Dom Development has introduced 100 apartments within the development Apartamenty Literacka

Dom Development has introduced 100 apartments for sale within the first stage of the Apartamenty Literacka development in Warsaw, the company said. Completion of this part of the development is planned for the last quarter of 2024.

Apartamenty Literacka is a development located on Literacka Street on the site of the unfinished Europol Gaz building, at the junction of Bielany, Żoliborz and Bemowo.

"For 20 years, the would-be headquarters of Europol Gaz was inaccessible to Varsovians, and the surrounding area was subject to progressive degradation. Our new investment - Literacka Apartments - will unleash the potential of this site, which will benefit not only future residents, but also the local community. Between the buildings there will be a publicly accessible urban space, full of greenery, individually designed art elements and small architecture. Numerous commercial premises in the development will provide access to stores, cafes and service outlets. Importantly, we have extensive experience in this type of revitalization, an example of which is the well-known, well-liked and award-winning Żoliborz Artystyczny," said Dom Development Sales Department Director Grzegorz Smolinski.
