The New Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw continues to attract tenants, with DORACO, a member of the Hass Holding Group, securing 1,000 square meters of space. The company will establish its new Warsaw headquarters on the 9th floor of the recently renovated boutique office building, with plans to move in later in 2024. The lease transaction was facilitated by the consultancy agency Wood Lark, with CA Immo being represented by CBRE.

DORACO, a company with 30 years of experience in Poland’s general contracting market, has a notable portfolio, including projects like the modernization of the Pogoń Szczecin stadium, the expansion of Gdańsk airport, and the redevelopment of the Port of Gdynia. In Warsaw, DORACO’s key achievements include the renovation of the SMYK Department Store and the construction of the Marszałkowska Centre. Currently, the company is involved in building the new headquarters for Sinfonia Varsovia and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, among other projects.

“We value originality and visionary approaches to creating new spaces, which is why the timeless design of the New Saski Crescent appealed to us. We’re providing our employees with a modern workspace, full of innovative technologies and environmentally friendly solutions,” said Kamil Łaszcz, Marketing Manager at DORACO.

CA Immo, the owner of Saski Crescent, has recently completed a comprehensive renovation of the building, enhancing both its aesthetic appeal and functionality. The office building, located at 16 Królewska Street, offers 15,000 square meters of Class A office space and has received WELL pre-certification, recognizing its high standards for occupant health and well-being. Additionally, the building has been awarded WiredScore Platinum certification and is pursuing BREEAM sustainability certification. The renovation utilized at least 50% recycled materials and introduced energy-efficient systems, including advanced lighting controls and water-saving fixtures.

“We are thrilled to welcome DORACO to the New Saski Crescent. The building’s central location and functional advantages make it an ideal space for business development. Our recent renovation focused on improving both the visual appeal and the building’s functionality, aligning with ESG principles,” said Dawid Wątorski, Senior Leasing Manager at CA Immo Poland.

The New Saski Crescent has seen a surge in tenant interest, with a global IT company recently leasing over 6,000 square meters of space. Additionally, the building’s lobby houses an Aromat Bakery outlet, with further expansions to the gastronomic offerings planned in the near future.

Marcin Waś, Member of the Management Board at Wood Lark, expressed satisfaction with the successful transaction: “Saski Crescent is an intimate, well-located building, and I am confident that CA Immo will provide DORACO with excellent working conditions. I appreciate the efforts of all parties involved in making this deal happen.”
