Drees & Sommer Czech Republic appoints Markus Ising as Managing Director

Drees & Sommer Czech Republic, a consulting firm specializing in real estate, industry, and infrastructure, has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Markus Ising as Managing Director. Markus Ising, who previously served as Country Manager since 2021, will now focus on overseeing client relations and acquisitions from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Markus Ising, 54, brings extensive experience in project management across the automotive and manufacturing sectors, facilitating cross-market collaborations between the Czech Republic, Germany, and Austria. His contributions have been pivotal in advancing Drees & Sommer’s service portfolio in the Czech market, encompassing project management, technical due diligence, cost management, sustainability consulting, LEAN management, BIM management, and design.

His international experience spans overseeing construction and redevelopment projects across Poland, Serbia, Ukraine, and Morocco. Markus Ising holds a degree in civil engineering from Ruhr-Universität Bochum in Germany.
