DVI Production is building a concrete factory in Iernut, Mures county

DVI Production, which produces linear masonry elements, is building a production unit for BCA blocks in Iernut, Mures county, for which it has obtained state aid worth EUR 10 million. The total investment for this new factory will amount to over EUR 30 million and the production unit will be operational in the first part of next year.

"The funds are going towards one of the largest BCA production facilities in Europe, to be built in Iernut, Mures county. We obtained this EUR 10 million state aid and are now working on the implementation of the project. We are in the last stage before completion. We have with us renowned partners, the builder Con A from Sibiu and the Romanian Commercial Bank, which gives us the certainty that the plant will be operational in the first half of next year. The total value of the investment is over EUR 30 million. The new production unit will create 118 jobs," said Viorel Iacob, administrator and general manager of DVI Production.
