Eden Capital launches the third phase of the Cortina North project

Real estate investor Eden Capital Development launches the third phase of the Cortina North project, located in Pipera. The third phase of Cortina North includes a number of nearly 500 apartments. Cortina North is located on Pipera Boulevard and will have 1,500 apartments upon completion.

Eden Capital Development has full Romanian capital and has been present on the Bucharest residential market since 2009. The company is owned by Dan Liviu Marius (70 percent) and Abu Lail Akram (30 percent).

Eden Capital Development has in its portfolio, under Cortina brand, five complexes already built or under development – Cortina Residence, Cortina Academy, Cortina North, Cortina Forest and Cortina 126.
