Eden Pointe Apartments changes hands for $30.8m

Deancurt Realty Group has purchased Eden Pointe Apartments, a 270-unit affordable apartment complex in Bradenton, Florida, for $30.8m. Built in 1995, the property includes 14 two- and three-story buildings on a 27-acre site. The units range in size from 707 to 1,189 sq ft. Common amenities include a swimming pool, volleyball court, fitness center and two playgrounds. Franklin Street represented the seller, the Reliant Group, and procured the buyer. At the time of the sale the community was fully leased.
