Electrica completed the acquisition of 57 MW photovoltaic project in Satu Mare

Electrica completed the acquisition of the company New Trend Energy SRL, which develops the "Satu Mare 3" photovoltaic project, from Emanuel Muntmark and Cătălin Mrejeru. The company’s main object of activity is the production of energy from photovoltaic sources.

New Trend Energy SRL develops the photovoltaic project "Satu Mare 3" with an authorized installed capacity of 57 MW, located in the vicinity of Doba commune, Satu Mare county. The project is in the "ready-to-build" phase, the report states. The transaction is estimated at EUR 3.245 million.

Emanuel Muntmark controls the Monsson group, present for over 17 years in the Romanian renewable energy market. Monsson has a portfolio of over 5GW of wind and photovoltaic projects.
