The eMAG Group is planning to build two more warehouses in addition to Sameday's central logistics hub in Chitila, where it has bought a 83,749 sqm plot of land for EUR 3 million.

Now, eMAG Facility has started the procedures to set up an industrial park. The title of industrial park offers the investor a number of advantages, including exemption from land tax, building tax and building permit fees.

Thus, eMAG has presented its plan to build two new warehouses dedicated to the courier business, the construction of which requires an investment estimated at EUR 23.1 million.

One of the warehouses will have an area of 19,500 sqm and the second warehouse will have an area of 4,995 sqm. With a total area of almost 25,000 sqm, the two warehousing units can double the current storage capacity of the Sameday hub in Chitila.
