Emerson expands office at Konstruktorska Business Center

Emerson Process Management has decided to extend the lease agreement in Konstruktorska Business Center by an additional 2,500 sq m. modern office space. From November 2022, the expanded headquarters of Emerson - a world leader in engineering and technology, will occupy a total of over 6,500 sqm space on the 5th and 6th floor of the Warsaw building belonging to the Golden Star Group.

Emerson is a global provider of innovative industrial automation solutions and systems for residential and commercial buildings. The Emerson Automation Solutions platform supports customers in maximizing industrial production, protecting the environment and personnel while optimizing energy consumption and reducing operating costs. Emerson Commercial and Residential Solutions deals with the development of solutions to improve the comfort of life and health, protection of the quality of food products and the creation of sustainable infrastructure.

After the expansion by another 2,500 sqm Emerson's offices in Konstruktorska Business Center will be arranged on 6,500 sqm modern space, located on the 5th and 6th floor of the building. The contract was signed for 9 years, and the tenant was advised by Colliers International during the negotiation process.

Konstruktorska Business Center is a modern A-class office building with a total leasable area 49,500 sqm, located in the heart of the business district of Mokotów.
